Presentation and Discussion<\/strong><\/p>\n When:<\/strong> Monday, October 16, 2023 at 7:00 PM EST<\/p>\n Where:<\/strong> Zoom \u2013 link will be provided upon registration<\/p>\n Faculty :<\/strong><\/p>\n Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n Optical Genome Mapping is a new genome-wide, high-resolution assay for structural, chromosomal variation (i.e. structural and numeric changes). Its use is growing in Canada and around the world, especially in hematologic malignancies. With the higher resolution offered by OGM, we will see improved genetic classification for patients, and likely also an increase in novel observations.<\/p>\n Some of the questions we will discuss are:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n\n
